The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me. They were so kind and accommodating. When my TV wouldn’t turn on, a staff member responded right away and quickly fixed the problem! The breakfast is fantastic, location is great. Able to walk to bars, restaurants and shopping.

This hotel sits right across the street from a techno club called "The Riot House." Apparently there are no city ordinances regarding noise, and fixtures in the room shook until 2AM. The mattresses are worn, and caving in, the pool is nice, and breakfast was good... although there was not enough seating for our family to dine together.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from Old Town Scottsdale. They have a pretty good complimentary breakfast and the staff are very friendly. The only downside for me and my family was the layout of the washroom. The door to the shower and toilet was way to thin and covered by wooden blinds. Not a ton of privacy.

It's an okay hotel overall but we won't stay here again. It was difficult to sleep, we could hear the bass from the near by clubs that didn't stop until 2am. The pillows are super thick and was uncomfortable for us. There was a lot of heat emitting from the cinder block walls that it was difficult for the AC to keep up. We weren't told that someone serves our breakfast, and there's no sign indicating that. So when we went to breakfast, we started to serve our own food. The kitchen staff found us after they returned and yelled at us and kept yelling at us. I had to tell her to calm down and that we know for the next day. So don't make that mistake.

Everyone should try a jacuzzi tub hotel experience on a special occasion. This kind of experience should be showcased and marketed more in the hotel industry. I would like to see an optional dining experience partnered with a local fine dining restaurant.
